Do I need any special software to take your online courses?
No. Our Learning Management System (LMS) works with your favorite internet browser like Chrome, Explorer, or Safari.
What if I have questions about the course content?
Inside each course membership, an email is provided so that the student can send questions and get responses. Responses are usually provided within 1 business day. In addition, there is a webinar scheduling app that the student will be able to use to sign-up for a members-only webinar. Students can email questions in advance or just join and hear questions/answers from other students. Webinars are usually offered weekly.
Some of your memberships have annual renewals. Are there any costs or penalties to cancel?
No. You can cancel your membership at any time. When your membership period is up, the membership will not be renewed. There are no extra costs for cancellation.
If we are interested in using planet LEAN's curriculum in our own LMS, is your online content SCORM compliant?
Yes. We have the capability to export our content in a variety of LMS formats including SCORM.
We want to create our own Lean Enterprise System using the structure and tools presented in your courses but we want to include our own branding and business systems. Is this possible?

planet LEAN offers various Learning Pathways which populates the MY Courses portal for my user ID. If I decide to modify my Learning Pathway, can I add or delete courses from my plan?
Yes. You can modify/customize your Learning Pathway at any point by adding or removing courses. Email our support staff and we can quickly make these adjustments.
