You’ll explore the 8 Wastes—Defects, Overproduction, Waiting, Non-utilized talent, Transportation, Inventory, Motion, and Extra processing—and how they appear in both production and administrative settings.
By learning how to see waste through a LEAN lens, you’ll develop the mindset and skills necessary to improve flow, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
